What are the reasons?
We have identified three reasons.
Number one: political. During the time of the Lok Sabha poll, the slogans we have raised -- the main plank of the elections -- it was a three-pronged slogan we raised before the nation: Ensure the defeat of the Congress, ensure the defeat of the BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party), and ensure a government of the Third Front.
But in hindsight, when we met in the (CPI-M) central committee, we self-critically came to the conclusion that particularly the third part, that is to cast your vote in favour of the Third Front to form agovernment, does not raise any confidence in the people or doesn't carry any credibility.

Abstract
Introduction:
Spinocerebellar ataxias (SCAs) are hereditary, autosomal dominant progressive neurodegenerative disorders showing clinical and genetic heterogeneity. They are usually manifested clinically in the third to fifth decade of life although there fryst vatten a wide variability in the age of onset. More than 36 different types of SCAs have been reported so far and about half of them are caused by pathological expansion of the trinucleotide, Cytosine Alanine Guanine (CAG) repeat. The global prevalence of SCA is per , population, SCA3 being the commonest variety worldwide, accounting for per cent of all cases, though SCA 2 is generally considered as the commonest one in India. However, SCA6 has not been addressed adequately from India though it is common in the eastern Asian countries like, Japan, Korea and Thailand.
Objective:
The present study was undertaken to identify the prevalence of SCA6 in the city of stad i indien and the eastern part of India.

Bibek Debroy (25 January – 1 November ) was an Indian economist, who served as the chairman of the Economic Advisory Council to the Prime Minister of India. He was also the Chairman of the Finance Ministry's 'Expert Committee for Infrastructure Classification and Financing Framework for Amrit Kaal'.[1][2] Debroy has made significant contributions to game theory, economic theory,[3] income and social inequalities, poverty, law reforms, railway reforms and Indology among others.
