    Chosen is a Paranormal Thriller full of suspense, action and revelations. Every character was deeply layerd and as you turn the pages you peeled a layer off these 'onions', so to speak. That is how I pictured the main characters. Emma: a mother, a protector, independent and completely snarky. Jake: a five year old boy, Emma's son, wise for his years and sees the future. (trying not to drop any spoilers) There is many more layers to Jake that you need to read about. And then there is Will: Mercenary, charming and completely full of himself.
    And then I turned the page. Jake and Will turned into so much more.
    Emma and Jake are on the run from The Bad Men that are after Jake. The year Jake turned 2, Emma realized there was something different, special about him. Not long after that The Bad Men started coming and Jake would get visions of them. Sometimes just barely with enough time to get away. While running from them, Jake and Emma meet Will.
