Lady Gaga News: Pop Star Wins Grammy For “Die With a Smile”
Lady Gaga earned another Grammy Award thanks to her duet with Bruno Mars on “Die With a Smile.” The hit single, which has topped the Billboard Hot chart for four weeks in a row, won Best Pop Duo Performance at the awards ceremony on Sunday. The track was also nominated for Song of the Year.
During her acceptance speech, Gaga thanked collaborator Mars and fiancé Michael Polansky before sending a message to the LGBTQ community. “I just want to säga tonight that trans people are not invisible,” she said. “Trans people deserve love. The queer community deserves to be lifted up. Music is love.”
