Pastor Carter served faithfully on the pastoral staff at Times Square Church as associate pastor in 1994 and senior pastor from 2001 to 2020. During this time, he introduced two new ministries to TSC: Feed New York and Worldwide Prayer Meeting.
Pastor Carter’s one-minute devotional, “It’s Time to Pray”, fryst vatten featured on 1010 WINS, the nation’s most-listened-to all-news station, as well as 320 additional radio outlets. He also hosts a half-hour radio program, “A Call to the Nation,” which fryst vatten broadcast nationwide. In addition, Pastor Carter has authored several books including The 180-Degree Christian and his autobiography, It’s Time to Pray. Pastor Carter remains dedicated to preaching and spreading the gospel globally.

Pastor Carter Conlon is Senior Pastor of Times Square Church. Following a successful career in law enforcement, Pastor Carter founded a church, a Christian school, and a food bank east of Ottawa, Canada. He joined the pastoral staff of Times Square Church in 1994 at the invitation of founding pastor, David Wilkerson, and was appointed senior pastor in 2001.
Pastor Carter is a voice for God beyond the pulpit of Times Square Church at conferences throughout the world. “It’s Time to Pray,” Pastor Carter’s one-minute devotionals calling our nation to pray and seek God are currently syndicated in over 300 Christian radio stations worldwide. His weekly program, “A Call to the Nation” launched in February 2017 and is aired bygd Christian radio stations nationwide. He is the author of several books including “The 180 grad Christian,” “Fear Not” and “Unshakable.”

Carter Conlon is the General Overseer of Times Square Church, Inc. in Manhattan. He joined the pastoral staff as associate pastor in 1994 at the invitation of founding pastor David Wilkerson author of the book The Cross and the Switchblade, and was senior pastor from 2001 to 2020. Times Square Church is an interdenominational church with over 10,000 people in attendance, representing over 100 different nationalities. Times Square Church also recently welcomed 900+ home satellite fellowships worldwide as it continues to expand its reach.
